Ourlaps-1.1.2 (build 1.0.5616.38827)


  • Car classes can now be edited under Tools->Classes.
  • Plugins can now print messages to the output window (like they could previously).
  • Added status bar for number of passes and status messages received from decoder.
  • DecoderData folder was renamed SampleData
  • Racers.xml and PracticeSessions.xml are now installed into Documents\OurLaps\SampleData instead of overwriting any existing files you may have. If you want to use them you have to move/copy them to Documents\OurLaps.

  • the documentation installed is not updated. Will update in another release.

Ourlaps-1.1.1 (build 1.0.5612.1179)

  • Added (completely untested) support for Cano decoder 
  • Fixed bug that caused "show graph" to throw an exception if the temperature graph was enabled in the analyze dialog.
  • If a windows shutdown message is detected try to perform quicker exit

Ourlaps version 1.1.0 (build 1.0.5610.41243)


  • New plugin based architecture for decoders 
  • Setting now accepts a list of decoders and different decoder types (can support more than mylaps rc4)
  • removed RC4 specific transponder data from all server side views (nobody cares)
  • Removed graph from practice view
  • New view->font menu item, used by practice view
  • New orange background for racers when they pass (instead of using selection to highlight)
  • Hovering the mouse over a racer/transponder will show all the individual lap times
  • right clicking on a racer/transponder will allow you to show a graph for that racer
  • Moved Analyze functionality to separate form (you can open multiple of these)
  • New bitmap in about dialog

Multiple Sector Support coming soon


Multiple sectors proof of concept was successfully tested. At the moment you need decoder per loop for this to work properly. An untested theory is to use a splitter on the second decoder box to service two loops.

Update: January 22 2017. Splitter theory turned out to not work.
